Had a great service from the owner of Motor Barn, very knowledgeable and didn't put any pressure on buying. The car was in very good condition and what there was an initial fault the owner made sure to resolve this as a priority. The car drives beautifully and I am very grateful for the service provided.

Sent a simple request about an MOT status on one of their cars, and got no reply. Not very good if they're really interested about selling a car, unless they're hiding something? Makes me think some of the reviews are fake.

Good at first then bad to worse had faults with stereo took weeks to sort out, still got problems with car got to sort it out with warranty seller would not take car back under 30 day terms ,not interested in having car back now stuck with a car which I can't sell for the price I paid

WOW! After trawling around several traders looking for our next VW golf, we stumbled across The Motor Barn through an Auto trader advert, we were welcomed by a really nice and polite gentleman and shown the car we had gone to see, any questions we had were openly and honestly answered nothing was hidden and after a short introduction to the car was left to look for ourselves without any hassle. After agreeing to buy the car and had a few jobs done eg the cam belt, other dealers would have not been the same as when you were first purchasing the car, their mannor changes! Not here though! Everyone at The Motor Barn were so friendly and helpful all through the experience, even when we collected the car and had a problem on the way home, they bent over backwards to rectify the problem and even delivered the car to us when it was fixed. The attention to detail is unbelievable, we couldn't thank them enough.

I don't normally write reviews but we were so happy with the service we received from The Motor Barn. Anyone who is searching for a nice second hand car without the worry of finding a car dealer that can be trusted should try this place first. I would happily recommend them to anyone. Its so refreshing to find a car dealer that genuinely wants to make the customer come back for their next car not just this one. I couldn't be happier. Many thanks.

Coming from motability cars all my driving life I was very anxious and nervous about buying a used car for the first time. We all know the traps of used cars and have read horror stories, I found a car I liked at The Motor Barn and did some research on the company and all checked out very well so I arranged viewing. I was expecting a hard sell, offers only being on for that day. You know, the usual salesman pitches but none of this happened. The owner is a really nice guy, let me look around the car without distractions or trying to pry me away from discovering anything untoward, a genuine and honest businessman. We had a good chat about a few things and I got a little backstory of how he got into the business. It was one of the most pleasant sales meetings I have ever been involved in. The car is amazing, nothing was hidden and it had all it's paperwork and history. There were a couple of faults that developed 4-5 weeks later but The Motor Barn solved all these issues exceptionally

I recommend this place for cars and I have recommended it to friends aswell I’ve just recently purchased a 09 Subaru Impreza wrx sti and they was more than helpful it making sure the car was perfect and ready for me to pick up a couple of days after viewing! Very very friendly couldn’t of asked for more!! They even took photos of me and the car before I drove away as a memory to keep aswell which I thought was a very nice thing to do as they never sell cars like this one!

Met by a really nice lady who showed us around the cars. Then met by a man that couldn't have been more polite and helpful. There were a few minor marks on the car that they showed us unlike other dealers who try to hide it. Sat down and spoke us through the car history. Would strongly recommend this place, the experience is perfect. From Harvey and George buying the golf!

What a great experience buying a car off these guys, they couldn't have helped me any more than they did, no hard sell, very pleasant and courteous, if you are looking for a quality used car then go here first, it'll be worth it.
